We were encouraged to really test the comfort of the bed in contrast with alternatives, in order to make the right decision for us. We were given appropriate 'quiet' time to contemplate our appropriate action. The salesperson gave the right amount of support, but was not 'pushy'.

Found bed and mattress within 10 minutes of entering shop.

The gentleman that served us was very friendly and gave us as much time to look round the store in our own time . When we pick our bed he was willing to give all the information we needed with out pressure us buy any thing else . We wish to thank Anil for his help .

We were assisting a blind relative to purchase a new bed and would have found it difficult to negotiate the store without assistance from Craig. Our relative had an idea in mind of what she wanted and Craig was able to take us to the relevant products. He wasn't with us constantly, he left us to ponder the options and was always available if we had any questions, we didn't feel pressured to come to a decision at all. He gave us just the right amount of attention and was very knowledgeable about any product we enquired about.

Anil (Customer Service Agent) fully understood our needs and requirements and helped us to choose the correct products. Instead of buying unsuitable products, he helped me appreciate the need to purchase products that met the needs of my children and the rest of the family. Though I went above my budget, the products were far more superior.

Spent around 2 hours in the shop trying beds. We never felt pressured to make a decision. All staff very helpful, particularly Kaye who made us a cup of coffee, with a biscuit, whilst we made up our minds. I'm just hoping that the mattress we ordered feels just as comfortable when we get it into our own home. Very pleased with our shopping experience with Dreams.

I was answered with all the technical/finance questions I had. The customer service was very high, staff friendly and professional. The whole buying process was very fast and went seamlessly.

We found one of the sales assistants( Craig) very helpful on both our visits. Unfortunately he is the person on the shop floor who was most in demand. This led to us waiting for him to be free. We did not have confidence in some of the other assistants.
