As soon as we came in help was given and anytime we asked a question it was answers professionally and also there was no pressure the staff left us alone without being told because they knew we wanted to talk between ourselves and gave us time and gave all information needed

It was the overall service I received from the assist. I had many question to ask and all were answered To my satisfaction. I had a few items I wanted to see, matteress topper, pillows and also a double bed. There are so many bed to choose from nowadays, which becomes very confusion - the assist was very helpful, I am hoping to come back and purchase my bed from Dreams very soon. My family and I have always purchased from Dreams. thank you again

My wife and I had gone to purchase a new double mattress, however, having looked at the display of beds and tried the different sizes, we decided to purchase a new king size bed. Your employee Craig could not have been more helpful. He spent quite some time explaining the differences between the different mattresses and bases available. I am partially deaf and I struggle to hear unless people address me face on. Craig ensured that I had heard and understood everything that we needed to know. My wife decided to purchase new pillows and Craig was very helpful in showing us all options available, including the sales items. Our purchase included pillows, quilts, mattress covers and bed linen. I was so impressed with his salesmanship, never pushy but very helpful. The cups of coffee we were presented with during payment weremost welcome, having spent two hours in the store. All in all a lovely experience thankyou.

The whole experience and the personal face to face service of staff was fantastic! After visiting Bensons for Beds Dreams staff are leaps ahead in service and product knowledge! Which is why I immediately placed my order and didn't feel the need to re-visit Bensons for any reason.

The reason for coming to the branch was to choose dome bedroom furniture. Whilst we were there we decided to upgrade our choice if beds we had purchased last week. The shop team arranged all the matters and resolved all the complications. I can not thank them enough.

As we wanted a specialised bed, eg an electric bed, we were shown a variety of beds and options available, We felt under no pressure to buy, Our questions were answered with great knowledge about the product

The friendliness of the person who served us and his listening and communication skills. This is the second time we have purchased a bed in the last 3 months and both times the service has been very good.

Craig was a very helpful assistant,explained my needs and without any pressure he sorted all to my satisfaction.
