Quality products. ..good price range and product range. ..staff were very helpful..helped me with my purchase and i did not have to spend too much time trying to choose and decide..I felt all my needs were met in order for me to buy the right product. Many thanks to the team.

On arriving on both visits to the store we were greeted with friendly staff, offered a hot drink and given plenty of help from all staff

On arrival in Leiceter store we were greeted and given friendly help by Wayne Joy, also offered tea/coffee. Wayne was very helpful on our second visit also, getting me lots of different prices etc, would happily recomemend him and your store.

The sales advisor was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We had our two young sons with us and she took the time to entertain and engage with them, as well as offering a lolly for our eldest. She really knew the product we were looking at and was able to advise on the differences, making suggestions and offering alternatives.

During our visit to the Leicester store we were served by Ems. Although we were informed he was a trainee, we really wouldn't have known. He was friendly, without being pushy, courteous, patient and extremely helpful. He understood our needs and was able to show us what we were looking for. The Store Manager and other staff were very friendly too. We can certainly recommend the store and the staff.

Sales assistant was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Tea and coffee where provided and his product knowledge was first class. Very good overall experience - well done!

We were served by Kaye who was very attentive and informative, with a good sense of humour, which I like. Altogether, a very pleasant experience.

Anil was very pleasant and gave some great advice on what mattress to choose.

We came along looking for a mattress at a reasonable price and were able to find one we liked in the sale. Once product has arrived and has been tested will we know for sure we picked a good mattress. The lady who assisted us was very helpful and answered all our questions, helping us to make our decision.
