We were greeted as we looked round we were offered tea or coffee assistant was able to explain the different types of mattresses and wardrobes we were interested in. We were encouraged to try different mattresses and were made to feel our opinion mattered

He was able to clearly explain all the terms and conditions and knew all about the bed. He was extremely friendly and spent a lot of time even after I had made the purchase helping me buy sheets and duvets.

Our recent visit to our local dreams store was very satisfactory. The staff were very welcoming and we were able to find what we were looking for with ease. The staff on duty that day were also very good with our 2 children who wanted to play hide and seek. The children loved the attention and the kids were able to enjoy what would normally be a very boring shopping visit.

The service from Wayne was excellent there was no pressure to buy he was friendly and informative.

We spoke to Wayne and Emz in the Leicester store who were extremely helpful and friendly without being pushy. The items we were looking for werent in the showroom at our price range and so other options were made available for us (ex display) and we found what we wanted!

Wayne, the store manager, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We told him what we wanted and he explained our options, giving us time to stop and think through our decision which was great.

we didnt leave with the pillows, I thought they were going to be delivered so I didnt ask. However I called the store and went back for them when the mattress was delivered. Its really not a big thing, the gentleman Wayne was very friendly and gave great service, so it didnt really impact the experience.
