I felt that the service I received from Wayne was exceptional. Very smooth transaction and he knew his products very well. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to him personally as I know that they will receive a good service from him.

first the parking facilities great, the staff didn't jump on us as we walked in the store, plenty of space to walk round great layout of the floor plan. we were able to try different types of mattress and were allowed to spend quality time trying them out, my mother was also given a better pillow to use as well, which we also ended up buying,the staff were very friendly and polite well trained am sure, the advised we got was excellent and we were also offered tea or coffee, very thoughtful.

Craig was attentive, informative, patient. We are both slightly disabled and there was no pressure or hurrying us. Add ons were suggested in a positive way. Products were recommended and differences well explained.

Wayne and Emz both understood our needs and budget. They were able to provide us with exactly what we wanted at a great and reasonable price. We really appreciate their assistance.

The assistant was knowledgable and friendly. She gave us enough time on our own to try out as many beds as we wanted. She had a good understanding of the different types of matresses available and was able to match them with our needs.

Wayne was knowledgeable about the products that we were interested in and we did not feel at any time that he was trying to push us towards more expensive items. He left us to consider if we wanted an Ottoman style base or drawer base without trying to influence us either way and asked a colleague to bring us a drink whilst we mulled this over. We had intended to buy a 2 + 2 draw divan base but decided on the more expensive Ottoman style, but this was our choice entirely.

We were Highly satisfied due to the Assistance of Craig, he never pestered us but gave us enough information and left the door open fo rue to approach him when we were finally ready, once we had our ideas, Craig offered to show us similar items at different prices etc..My 15 year old daughter was delighted also as we went in for a Small double sprung bed and she ended up getting a multi mattress and a Double..... xx whilst making our purchase we were offered refreshments which was nice.

Very positive and professional service and advice, wide range of products. Service staff did not pester when browsing but were more than happy to offer sound advice when asked. Member of staff was Craig, very good service from him.

We were given the time we wanted to look around while knowing that help was available if required, and when assistance was requested, we were given all the time we needed, any questions answered and no pressure.
