Salesman friendly knowledgeable, helpful in finding what we needed and finding various suitable options, and able to arrange suitable delivery date within our specific needs. Second time I have brought a bed from this store and would definitely recommend.

I had previously bought a bed and mattress from Dreams and had been very happy so when I wanted a new mattress I returned . The assistant Craig was very helpful and listened to what I needed and advised re the best mattress. Craig was very pleasant and managed the purchase quickly and efficiently. he gave me all the details re the mattress, cover, guarantee and delivery. Mattress bought on Easter Monday and to be delivered when I wanted on the 5th April Thank you.

Craig has been absolutely brilliant. I really value customer service and I feel that I got this from Craig. This was first time at dreams and we thought we would shop around however the friendliness and knowledge from Craig we didn't think twice about going anywhere else. The price was really good for our new to bed and he could relate to what we wanted as he had one himself. The rest of the team was also friendly so I think important to mention. I felt the service was personal my husband even connected his music to the Bluetooth and it was great to test quality of speakers, and it wasn't pushy he gave us time to think about the purchase. We also purchase the service plan from Craig to give us piece of mind for this new purchase. We knew what we wanted before we visitted the store, Craig still showed us a similar model to make sure we understood what we were buying. We wanted to take advantage of a sale but due to personal circumstances would have been unavailable to visit, Craig checked with his manager if he could be flexible and offer us sale prices, and he did. Nothing was pushed onto us, the service was fast. This bed is being bought so my pregnant girlfriend can sleep more comfortably, and what we needed was a simple and friendly service which Craig and his colleagues delivered excellently.
