Everything was so easy, and there was such a great selection to choose from. We were offered a drink, which we gladly accepted, and again we were not harassed which was great. Everything was explained in great detail, when we had a question, and all the personnel were very approachable

We were informed about the different types of mattresses and left to decide which one suited us. We were later explained the payment options availabile.

The sales lady Kaye was really helpful and understood what we were looking for and pointed us to the product we wanted. Her collegue helped load the back of our car.

We were highly satisfied with our visit at dreams because our older daughter was a bit fussy about what bed we chose, but dreams had all the the things we needed. A nice headboard, a good bed frame and the mattress we wanted. Our daughter wanted a specific coloured bed frame and headboard, and they had the headboard and bed in the right colour, so our daughter was really happy, and the mattress she wanted was also there too. The person who served us was a new person, but he served us really well. He checked with other colleagues so our order was correct. We were really satisfied and we were also really glad we chose to buy a bed from dreams.

Kaye at Leicester was brilliant - couldn't ask for a better service

Very prompt attention from salesperson Craig (Arrowsmith is his surname, I recall). Craig was very helpful, not pushy, answered my questions well and he gave me his full attention. Products were good, I was able to see and test all the beds I was interested in. Easy availability of toilet for me at the end! Easy to park my car.
