On my visit, I was served by your staff name Anil. He was so friendly and helpful. I was looking for some good mattress as I suffer back pain some times. Anil recommend me to spent some time on the display mattresses to see which one I like it and more comfortable for me. He did not rush through the order. We had enough time to decide what we needed. I can't wait till mattress reach at home so I can get some good night sleep. 10/10 * service

I was served by a wonderful lady named Kaye, and she was very helpful over the phone as well as when I arrived in store later on. She was very helpful, honest and attentative to my needs. I felt like an extremely pleased customer who received excellent customer service and care. She exceeded my expectations in store when I was offered a fantastic price for the goods that I had in mind to purchase. She checked for other companies selling the same goods to offer the best price to me, with great explanation. She wasn't forceful at all to make the sale, she was just what any customer would expect--- helpful and honest. I cannot praise her enough.

Anil was very friendly and helpful. Gave us time to look around before approaching us. Left us for a while so we could discuss what we were going to purchase on our own. Explained the order and delivery details to us very well. All good.

Anil approached us as soon as we entered the store. He made us very welcome and was extremely helpful. He listened to what we wanted and explained how the matresses were colour coded. It made it so easy to find the type we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He made our shopping experience a great pleasure from the moment we entered the store to the moment we left. We came out happy with the service and the products that we purchased.
