Anil was the member of staff that assisted us throughout the process. We had specific requirements in terms of size, style & price which we needed to fulfill otherwise we would not have bought this bed. Anil was very helpful & was able to deal with all our queries in a professional & friendly manner. I was also impressed with the delivery times as we needed the bed sooner rather than later & it was delivered 4 days later..impressive! All other staff in store were professional, friendly & approachable as well - all in all a great experience & would recommend the store to family & friends.

Quality of service-excellent. He took time to take us through the range explaining options and timescales. personal service was the reason for our purchase.

Wayne was amazing he brought me and my mum a cup of tea, listened to when I explained what me and my partner wanted and that we we have different preferences and he did everything he could to try and find something we would both like, he answered all my questions and tried to help me find the best deal he could.

The assistant was very knowledgable, very polite and nothing was too much trouble.

The shop was very well laid out and looked very inviting. The person that served me was Wayne. He looked up from his desk when I walked in and spoke to me immediately, however he did not jump up and rush over to me. This was very nice as only too often you are unable to even get your bearings without someone being at your side. I found the whole experience very relaxing. When I asked for advice I was given it and shown to the mattresses I was interested in to try out and choose the best one for me. I have just taken delivery of my purchase. I was phoned as promised earlier in the morning and given my time slot. The delivery men were efficient and polite giving me instructions on the resting of the mattress.
