The assistant who I had contact with was very friendly and knowledgeable about products, made me feel at ease.

The staff were very helpful when I was choosing the mattress. The lady who took me around knew a lot about the products. She talked me through the products and let me decide what I wanted. Asked what budget I had in mind. Kaye was very friendly. Offered me a cup of coffee. I had a pleasant shopping day.

We visited the Dreams leicester branch looking to purchase a mattress, we had previously visited benson beds and were not satisfied. The shop assistant at Dreams was a man called Anil who has impeccable customer service skills and made us feel at ease straight away - if i was to rate Anil's service from 1-10 i would give him 20. He is an assest to Dreams and sets the standard for the company.
