Dreams - Leicester

We had not been to the Leicester Store before but was met by friendly staff who enquired without pressure what we were looking for. We were offered a drink and shown to the various beds and bases which would answer our requirements. The store manager introduced himself and offered advice on specialist pillows which was very helpful resulting in 2 being purchased. All in all a very good experience and my daughter was even given a new flat gift. We will certainly be back for any other bed items we require. The sale prices and offers were also a good incentive to visit. We took out an extended warranty which was also a great offer.

We lay on a few mattresses, and were not hassled by the sales staff, but knew they were there if needed. We had planned to only spend £500 on a mattress, but we were both taken by our choice and it felt so comfortable. We then spoke to a sales guy we learnt was Anil. He was fab, and very helpful, and made an excellent cup of tea for us, we'd like to go back for another! We helped when we needed it and helped us as we decided to have the mattress. We then expected to have to wait weeks for a delivery, and were most pleased with only a weeks wait! Excellent service, friendly staff, and awesome tea! Seriously go ask him for a cuppa! We left feeling happy with our purchase, and our visit with friendly staff.

After shopping around various Bed Superstores the service we received from Dream Leicester was outstanding they know what they were talking about they gave advice o all products but more importantly they listened to our needs first as apposed to selling what was the either the in thing or the one where they earn more commissions this was certainly the view we got from Benson Beds i will never recommend that company to anyone. The Chaps at Leicester Dreams Wayne and Anil were excellent they knew what they were talking about and gave us the service that was great.

I visited the store on 3 occasions to try out and buy a replacement for the Silentnight bed that I'd purchased in 2005 from another Dreams store. On each occasion, Anil and the other staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Trying out products in stores can, quite often, be a difficult experience as, for understandable reasons, the staff are keen to sell, sell, sell, which can make for an awkward and unpleasant experience sometimes. I did not feel this with your staff - instead I felt that, rather than trying to push a hard sell on my wife and I, they were more concerned with finding a bed that met our needs, and with which we would be fully satisfied. I had intended to purchase a bed from an online company, as their prices were cheaper but, instead, I decided to give Dreams Leicester my business because of the ability to try the bed (without any pressure from your staff) and your 40 night sleep satisfaction policy. However, my main reason for choosing to purchase the bed from Dreams was because of your staff: I believe firmly in supporting businesses that give great customer service. Now, I can't wait for the bed to arrive!

Craig the saleman was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable which helped to choose the correct bed and mattress for our needs..allstaff instore were very helpful with assistance in additional purchase. would not hesitate to use dreams agw.

We were to the store to buy a mattress, Craig assisted us and helped us to choose the right one, we could try different kind of mattresses. He is a really good seller, he is kind and answered all our questions, beside that he gave us some advice, we are really happy with the service.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to explain the color coding for firmness. They searched for the best deals on existing stock, exshowroom stock and brought the mattress we would be buying out for us to see! I really appreciate Dreams policy of collecting the old mattress and to be honest this is why I keep coming back to Dreams. Our saleslady Kaye even found photos of Motorbike racing in Northern Ireland, it is so nice to be treated as a person not just a customer.

The staff were very welcoming, understanding and we didn't feel pushed in a corner and no hard sales

Wayne was very helpful polite and accommodating, as well as making us a lovely cup of tea! He left us to it while we had a look for ourselves and then once we were ready he was on hand to answer all our questions. He showed us the mattress I had looked at online earlier today and then after listening to our needs he suggested a different mattress which was even better than the one I had found! He also found us some pillows which should help us sleep better. Very impressed and not like pushy sales people we have encountered in other branded bed shops. Would highly recommend!
