The sales person was very helpful, informative and professional without being pushy.

Craig our sales assistant was very informative and knowlegable, nothing was too much trouble.

The customer service was brilliant, the assistant Craig, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The products were displayed well and we were given space to go around and try them at our own pace. I would definitely go back again.

The salesman, Anil, was very helpful but not overbearing in his assistance. He gave me time and space to try out the different mattresses but was on hand to offer assistance when required. He even made me a cup of tea for which I was grateful having had a busy previous few hours.

Anil at Dreams Leicester was very helpful and understood our needs. It made a lovely change to have a sales person who was very Friendly and helped us understand all the different types of beds and mattresses. He spend lots of time with us and didn't rush us into any quick decisions. I would recommend Anil and Dreams Leicester to anyone

Overall extremely satisfied with my experience, staff were very friendly and helpful, had answers to questions and very understanding of my requirements. From finding the perfect bed and mattress to placing the order took a very small amount of time and the process was very efficient. Staff were helpful, friendly and gave space for me to look around before offering to help ....a selling style i like. (Not like a dog with a bone, like i have found at other places which is a major put off!) This is the second time i have purchased a bed from Dreams, Extremely pleased with my previous purchase, and will undoubtedly be pleased with this one too!

The staff in store gave all the information we asked for but then politely gave us time to contemplate our decsion.

I arrived ten minutes before closing but Craig was very patient. Showed me an ex display mattress and did a good deal on it with a frame that I liked too. We didn't finish until 6.45pm which meant he finished work late but he was friendly and professional. I didn't spend any more than I intended to. I expected to be turned away having showed up just before store closing. The assistant there (I didn't get her name) also offered me a bottle of water of water to drink. I was very impressed by the high level of good service

Upon entering the showroom it seemed very bright,airy and welcoming. We were able to browse at our own speed and review all the units that were on show. There was never any feeling of pressure but we were confident that if we required assistance there was someone there to help.
