Fatima, was so helpful and knowledgeable and could answer all our inquiries, we are both disabled, my husband can't walk without using his mobility scooter wich we had forgotten the key to, so a lovely young man called graig pushed him around the store by hand excellent experience we can't prase them enough.

I was highly satisfied because the staff expecially Wayne and Fatima was very helpful and kind, they have understood my need and try a way that was alright for me.

We have previously brought beds from dreams, so returned again to buy a new mattress. We had visited several times as it was difficult to make our mind up on the prefect mattress for us. All colleagues were very patient and understanding which made us feel at ease and we did not hesitate returning again having been there several times without purchasing. Craig was extremely helpful, and polite. We really appreciated all of his help.

The assistant was not pushey or overbearing. When I told her the details of my old bed and how I would like a similar one she pointed me in a the right direction. She then explained the different colour codes on the display beds. She was new so when it came to paying her colleague was more than happy to help. Very friendly and professional.

Quickly understand the different ranges and fir mess of the beds and the knowledge of Craig the Assistant

We were met by friendly staff who gave us the information we needed but then left us alone to browse without using any oppressive selling styles.

Knowledge and presentation were excellent.

The salesperson Grain at the Leicester branch made my whole experience stress free and enjoyable. His product knowledge and communication skills are outstanding. A real asset time dreams

Anil was very approachable, ready to assist us and was very welcoming. He could understand our needs but also gave us space and time and was not forceful or pushy which was very reassuring.

We got what we were after and there were no problems incurred during the time.
