I am happy every time I go to dreams stores. I know what I'm buying is a very good product that give me comfort and will definitely last.

My daughter and I were greeted as we arrived at the store and the store manager listened to my needs. He asked some relevant questions and then took us to a bed which suited them. I was encouraged to lie down ( he got me an extra pillow so I was comfortable. He left us for a couple of minutes so I could gauge if I was comfortable and so I could chat to my daughter. I liked the mattress but asked if I could try another - I tried three altogether and wasn't made to feel that I was being a nuisance. I settled on the last mattress. We were taken to the desk to fill in the paperwork, Wayne explained everything carefully and made sure I understood everything before I placed the order. When finished he offered to carry the mattress cover and recycling bag to the car. It was a very pleasant experience and I didn't feel rushed or pushed into making a purchase. Wayne was very kind and patient.

Anil was most courteous, he didn't pressurise us at all but was in hand to answer all our questions. The range of beds available to test was very good.

Anil attended to us extremely well. He listened carefully to our requirements and made several helpful suggestions.
