This is the second time I had placed a bed order. The team were very helpful and ensured I purchased the correct bed item suitable for my mother.

Fantastic Customer Service - felt really valued as a customer - outstanding management skills of Wayne helpful and went over and beyond in my opinion.

The service received by the staff was excellent. Staff were very experienced and was able to provide me will the relevant information to help me make my choice in buying the bed, mattress and headboard. The aspect I most liked about my experience of shopping at Dreams was I was not being harassed into making a purchase but simply offered advice as and when I needed it.

Speedy service, found the bed I didn't know I was looking for just as I was leaving and ordered it and paid in about 10mins which was very fast but we was in a rush. We got free pillows too and was talked through all the bits I needed to know and all my options. Wasn't keen on ordering a bed with slates but after discussing this with the lady, I'm not worried. Thank you

The sales representative (Anil) was very knowledgable, polite and courteous. He not only gave us sound advice regarding the different alternatives but also gave us the time to browse without feeling intruded upon when trying the various beds for comfort. If only more retailers had employees like him, which would make me more inclined to go to shops rather than buy online.

My purchase at Dreams was quick and easy, not to mention excellent value! The assistants were friendly and knowledgable, which made my buying experience very pleasant.
