Dreams - Leicester

We visted Dreams Leicester to look at different matresses with the view to price match and buy o line at a later date. We were not hassled when we arrived, and only asked for help about 4-5 minutes in, which was soon enough for us. We said we were just looking and were left to carry on with no hassle. When the assistant saw that we were in need of a bit of help he came over and offered unbiased and unpressured assistance. He then left us for a bit longer. After about another 10 minutes he gave us 2 pillows and suggested we try the few matresses that we were looking at. After an hour and half looking and trying matresses we saw a range totaly out of our budget but the assistant came and explained the new technology - again with no sales pitch, just information

its nice to know that your members of staff seem to know what they are talking about, we new what we wanted and after speaking to you staff member that's what we got, spent some time looking at other bedding but were very happy what what we had chosen.

First of all i need to say a big thanks to the one guy - Emz was brilliant, very polite and helpful chap from the time we started our shopping to the end of the transaction. I also got 8 year guarantee plus 5 year accidental cover for my new mattress for a fraction of the price of the mattress. I need to mention a nice fact that me and my wife were also asked several times, if i would like a drink. We have given several options and a good advice regarding the products. The main thing was i did not need to be in rush, everybody just let us browsing at our times. All I can say is that i will definitely come back to you guys. Well it was not my fist purchase at the Dreams as I bought 4 Tempur Cloud pillows in the past, and today i got another one. Much appreciated and very recommended. All the best !
