The salesman was very efficient and helpful. His manners were a credit to your company and made my visit most pleasurable and I would return again.

Very courteous and helpful assistant that gave advice then backed off to allow a decision to be made and was immediately available when required again. The assistant Craig took time to show us the different elements of our purchase inform us of the positive features and allow us to try for ourselves.

Wayne was an excellent salesman! He listened to what I had to say and showed me a selection of goods in accordance with my needs. He was friendly, responsive and 'went the extra mile' to make my shopping experience a good one. This was a big purchase, and the fact that he was more interested in helping me find the right mattress for me than in making the 'hard sell' was important to me as a customer. In addition to this, your stock was of a good quality and well presented. Well done!

Went in early so the store was quiet, I had looked on the internet already so had an idea of what I wanted. I was welcomed in the store as I walked in I explained what I wanted and he took me straight to the product I asked for. I tried a couple of other mattresses as a comparison and ordered the one I wanted. Very quick and easy, excellent service!

Good range of products, knowledgeable staff that were available when you needed them but weren't pushy, competitively priced and 0% finance to help spread the cost of our purchase.

The service l received during my visit to the store recently felt both professional and personal. All my technical questions were answered with ease and l actually felt my needs were listened too. Ultimately, we were left to make our own decision on the purchase without feeling 'pushed' or 'rushed' into it. The transaction was completed with great efficiency and were flexible with delivery too.

The salesperson Craig in Leicester was very helpful but most importantly he was not pushy. He got the balance just right between helping us but also giving us space to look around and decide. I did not feel pressured at all but all my questions were answered.

No pressurised sales person. Offered and accpted a lovely cup of coffee. Assistant was new in post but knowledgeable of products, she sought support from colleagues when necessary. Her colleagues were clearly supportive and were encouraging in their approach. Good to be able to choose a delivery date and especially good to know that we'll have a 2 hour 'window' of delivery time.
