Dreams have got a lot more choice of beds, and the staff is very polite.

I felt craig(sales assistant) did a great job. He showed me all possible options. Even went as far to making me a cup of coffee while I was browsing. Which I've never received before!! He wasn't a pushy sales assistant. He gave me ideas on certain colour even going as far as asking me colour of room so we could get a good match! The headboard I wanted was on another bed and I wanted to see what it would look like on the divan base of a different colour. He came back with screw driver and removed headboard from one bed and placed it on the chosen bed I wanted. I thort he was a great person and defiantly a great asset to dreams as a company. I was very happy with the service provided by him. Even tho the store was busy. He made sure he was always there when I needed him.

I was treated with courtesy and I was given usefull advices. I was also aloud time to myself to make important decision. The store was clean and welcoming and the personell friendly and knowledgable.

I came into the Leicester store and was immediately greeted by the staff. I have had back problems for a long time and when I said what I was looking for the lady listened intently, made a great effort to build a good customer relationship and then showed me the mattresses most suitable for my issues and also my advised price range. As I am quite fussy I needed help a few times and asked a lot of questions. This was no problem for the lady assisting me and she made every effort to answer all my questions and kept going to check the details for me which was great service. I had previously had bad experiences buying online from other retailers and having come into the Dreams store I was so glad that I did. Great staff, great service, and I eagerly await delivery of my new mattress, which was very comfortable by the way. Many thanks and keep up the excellent work. Anil was very welcoming and helped me find the perfect bed for my price range.

VERY WELL PRESENTED AND WELL EXPLAINED. VERY GOOD DEAL FOR 3 MATTRESS PURCHASE.

We arrived in store and I was approached by Anil a sales representative, he listened to my requirements and then explained the colour coding of the mattresses then left us to wander and try the mattresses. Anil periodically checked to see if we needed any help even bringing the right pillow for me to use. It was the right amount as assistance.

Assistant was helpful and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. It was good to be given a chaise of delivery dates and not to have a long wait for the delivery

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgable about our needs and listened to what we were looking for

Craig was very patient with us showing a variety of products that would possibly suit our needs without any hard sell.
