Ian - listened to our needs and requirements and gave us advice on how to best choose between beds, We therefore spent about 10 mins laying on each bed testing firmness and how it felt. We felt assured that we were given time to narrow down our choices and given space to make those decisions. Ian was polite and very informative about the types of mattresses and how each type might work at our home.

I found the staff friendly and helpful and not pushy as in some stores, but very efficient. I have returned to Dreams again after purchasing a bed last year with a positive experience of both staff and the comfort of your beds at a reasonable affordable price.

Firstly Vivek was a massive help , he took his time to ask me what it was I was looking for and was very patient and willing to show and let me try all options available. When it came to purchasing the mattress and pillows Vivek told me try them and get comfortable before buying and was extremely knowledgable of all his products so he not only gave me time to try and make my decision but explained what would be the best for the way I sleep and the materials within the mattresses and their functions. Vivek showed the most willingness to help and even went above and beyond by staying after his shift had finished. The reason I am so happy with dreams and the product is because the assistance I was give . Vivek deserves masses of recognition .

Prompt, pleasant service. Knowledgeable but not pushy. I had also spoken to a lady at your Farnham branch who was so nice and helpful that I decided to come to my local branch to order a bed to be delivered to Farnham.

The assistant was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted and found something for me in my price range.

As soon as we entered the store Ian was there to help; listen and give us the "low down" on the products in the store. There was a good selection of mattresses to try and we were shown the ones I'd seen online which was great.

We were attended to quickly and the salesman was very knowledgeable about the products he showed us. We were then given time to browse, try out and discuss before going back to him.
