The guy we spoke to, Steve, was excellent. He was very friendly, took time to understand what we wanted, gave us time to think without hassling us and gave us sensible advice. He's a credit to your organisation and I would definitely go back / recommend Dreams to friends as a result of Steves excellent customer service.

We are a mature proffessional couple who advise and sell to clients as a career. Having visited other outlets we had built an expectancy to be attacked by a sales representative with seconds of entering. However, having entered Dreams we found that we were left to view for a short space of time before being approached by Craig who asked and listened to our needs before offering advice and guiding us to suitable products. Again we were left alone to try each of the mattresses, support pillows were offered. We then discussed price and delivery, plus the new range of mattresses being introduced. A new range mattress was also set up for us to view and try. One of the main factors influencing our purchase was the fact that Craig established our needs before advising, resulting in both of us feeling that the product was exactly what was required.

I brought from dreams 8 years ago and have been pleased with my bed and mattress since and so with this purchase there was no other place I know that would give me a good night sleep agin for the next 8 years, Craig who helped us was great, knew exactly what he was talking about, made it easier for us to chose a mattress considering how many there are available, overall we walked away with our new bed and mattress fairly quickly (not literally, we are waiting on our delivery) :)

The customer service was very good and informative. Anil in particular was very patient with us deciding on our first bed and bedframe. He made every effort to make sure we could get the best price as the products were slightly more expensive than we would have hoped, and way above our expected budget. We were happy with our purchase in the end, after we had shopped around we felt that the quality of items at Dreams was much better and decided to go for quality and comfort. We were happy that we had a 28 trial period for the mattress.

Anil the sales adviser was very helpful from the beginning. He was very informative and not forceful of any parts of the purchase. He was very honest with the recommendations he made. We believe he went the extra mile for us making our first visit to Dreams a very pleasant one and one which will draw us back to the store. He made sure we went away with the right purchase to fit our needs. I believe this is a good trait whilst conducting business and not to over sell unnecessary items. He is a STAR! :)

The colleague anil who was assisting me and my husband was really friendly, had very good knowledge and was not pushy on sales

Emz was really helpful and very informative about the different options for a mattress. He spent time showing me different mattresses for me to try. He was very helpful without being pushy and left me time to look for myself
