The sales representative was very knowledgable and was never too pushy about selling any particular product. He made the experience pleasant because he did not use any pushy sales tactics. He understood my requirements and was a pleasure to deal with.

we had just moved house and I needed a bed for my father in law that night, so I phone Dreams who told me they had a few ex display bed, so I travel the 7mile or so to the nearest store,(Leicester) where I was meet by the lady I had spoken to on the phone, Kaye and her gentelman colleague and the went out their way to help me showing me all the ex display beds they had along with the headboards, and then when I made my choose the dismantled the bed and help me load it into my van. I was very very impressed with the quality of service they gave me, even making me a coffee. Kaye was exstreamly knowagable and knew every name of bed and headboard , simply briliant ! made my shopping experiance easy as I was very stressed and needed a bed urgently.

Excellent service and price. !kaye was so understanding as suffer from primary progressive ms; as even close to closing time there was no rush or pressure to completing the order. 10 out of 10 all round

Craig was incredibly helpful , product was sold out when I called in on Monday and he promised to give me a call on Thursday when new delivery arrived and he did and put one on one side for me to collect on Saturday. Very impressed as item was only £55 and he was very sincere.
