I'll start with my only criticism. Prior going in-store to buy my bed I did my research on your website. I noticed an offer that if I were to buy assembly for the bed I'd get free delivery. Yet to redeem this offer whilst ordering in store I had to point this offer out. I feel if I hadn't of known about this I'd have paid for the delivery as well as assembly. To improve this I feel customers should be made aware of the current offers or be automatically given those offers. Other than that all the staff were friendly and helpful. Craig was fantastic and helped at every opportunity and his knowledge was great. Buying the bed was smooth and painless and everything was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand. I wouldn't hesitate about using dreams again.

Hi can not thank Steve and his staff enough for looking after me ,I purchased 2beds and mattresses and Steve gave me a brilliant price ,returned again a week later to my buy daughters bed and mattress and again Steve was so helpful ,ended up buying wardrobes ,chest of draws ,quilts and a mirror,,,(I'm moving house after a split up so had nothing)....ill be returning shortly to purchase some more once I've moved in....please can you pass this review to the big boss as i would like steve(Leicester branch) to be rewarded for his service as he really looked after me...thank you

The assistant was helpful but not pushy

I was served by Craig @ the Leicester branch & he was very friendly, approachable & most importantly he listened to my needs & requirements and was very knowledgeable about product information, price & was able to point out products similar to what I required. I was happy with my purchase & I didn't feel like I was paying too much, as the price was within my range. I felt looked after, & I actually visited another store to compare products and prices but didn't feel comfortable & returned to see Craig to make my purchase.

Sales assistant - Craig, was very informative, helpful, friendly and above good at selling! The reason why we came in for a matress and ended up buying complete new bedroom range totalling over £3k of products! he had excellent customer service skills, and the offer of a cuppa whislt we palced the order was a lovely touch, I would highly recommend this branch and the service i received.

Everything was spot on the staff (Craig) were extremely helpful and friendly the offers and price was really good too as is the protection plans and delivery service.
