Anil at the counting house Leicester store was BRILLIANT nothing was too much trouble it was lovely to have good old fashioned service and although there were customers coming in he made sure we were happy with our purchase right upto even opening the door when we left. coffee and tea was also provided to us with a choice of biscuits,mince pies and sweets just simple touches like this made choosing our new bed rememorable from Dreams. many thanks to Anil and all the staff

The advisor gave us enough time to think, he was patient, he gave me free delivery and I felt like that discount gave me an extra incentive to buy the product even more, he changed my order the next day when I slept on the fact that I ordered a mink and should have gone with nutmeg. Nothing was too much trouble and it wasn't pushy sales like most places I walk into these days where they try and scare you with Brexit. I was also pleased he told me about the Dreams Price Promise and that I will get the difference back if you drop your prices. Things like this make me want to shop with a company like this as it's good quuality products at reasonable prices - so why both driving around to find anything else that's beatable. For the first time I didnt shop around - I just looked online and walked into the store to see a demo product - it wasn't there but after a chat with the advisor I went with it.

We were guided step by step to select the most suitable bed for our needs. There was lots of variations, choice and options. At each stage, if we had a question, it was answered in a most professional manner giving us the options of the various choices. We were able to take time to select our choices through the various stages and so complete our selection in the knowledge it was the best for us.

The lady that helped me at the Leicester store was lovley. I don't like over beating assistance and so after introducing jerk self she left me to it and let me know to ask if I needed anything and when I did she had a similar (slightly higher spec mattress) than the one I was interested in in clearance for a great price!
