we received good service and advice about the different products by very friendly staff who seemed to know what they were talking about

We were left to browse at our own pace and were not pressured at any time. The staff were all friendly and we were offered a cup of tea as we browsed. Once we had made our choice the process of p;acing the order, organising delivery and making payment was so smooth. A great, hassle free experience.

Kaye the assistant was very friendly,knowledgeable. Initially asked us if we needed help and on saying "no thank you" left us to look without following us like a stalker and was available as soon as we required assistance.

The assistant was great. But to ask people to give a rating on the quality of the product is surely not possible unless you ask the same question in two or three years time.

Ian was very helpful discussing mattress types and base options, didn't feel rushed in any way

Assistants were friendly and helpful and showed different options to compare choices.

Anil was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He was careful to explain what the different bed types were and managed to sell us a couple of Tempur pillows without being over zealous.
