Dreams - Leicester

All of the staff were very friendly and professional. They were on hand to answer questions and asked if I wanted any help, but they were not bombarding in their sales approach. Everybody was very knowledgeable and helpful and it made a pleasant shopping experience.

Kaye intercepted me at a decent interval after my arrival. She listened to the reason for my visit and pointed me in the right direction. She came back at intervals to explain product differences and features. She provided the right blend of helpful assistance without crowding me and therefore I felt comfortable to try out the various mattresses and place an order. The two mugs of coffee went down well too!

I went in not knowing which could of mattress I needed Anil the sales person was very understanding and was very helpful and made us feel at ease.

Anil was very helpful, from my initial browsing visit and then to return the next day with my wife, he acknowledged me again and waited for my call for help. We were looking to decide between two options and he was upmost professional to let us decide. We made a decision, the store closing time has passed, but he was still customer focused to serve us and finalise the deal. It was his day off and he had come to work at the managers request.. We went through the sale and all stages were explained. What excellent service. Thank you

We went into the store to browse as we were looking for a mattress. Ian, the sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us relevant information about the mattresses. He allowed us enough time to try beds on our own. This gave us an opportunity to discuss our preferences and helped us to reach a decision. We were very happy with our experience today and we were looked after by knowledgeable sales assistants. Thank you.

Very nice visit. Staff nice and friendly and very helpfull. Gave us a lovely cuppa ! It was very nice to visit a store without being pounced on a soon as you enter. I find that very off putting. Great store, and Great staff. Very pleased with the visit to your store x

On entering the shop I found the layout of the shop so easy on the eye, it wasn't long before we were offered help to choose what we were looking for, we were offered coffee then got down to business, all together a most pleasant experience , keep up the good work.

When we entered the Store, we were greeted by a member of Staff who gave us a brief, but concise description of the Mattresses, (we were only looking to by a mattress but ended up buying the whole bed.....good sales people!?!) and sent us on our way, no pressure at all, not what you would usually expect, normally I would feel like getting out of a shop if pestered by the Sales team. Anil, the Sales person we bought through, was nothing but professional throughout the experience of shopping with Dreams. All in all, we were in and out within 1 hour, and happy with our purchase, and the Staff at Dreams. Ian & Terri. Leicestershire.
