The guy that served us was friendly, polite and helpful. He had a sense of humour and was not pushy in selling us a bed.

There were two assistants that were particularly helpful. Jerome and Kay. This is the reason that I have taken part in this survey. They were very very helpful and I would like this recognised.

My wife and I were highly satisfied as when we arrived at the store we were met soon into the visit by a member of staff, who was friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. We were left to consider our choices, and then when we requested service we were treated very well. The credit terms were spelt out very clearly, and everything went through very smoothly. We were given tea and coffee, and our daughter was allowed to play on a bed and given orange. The whole experience was very positive and we would warmly recommend the store.

The assistant Anil was helpful without being pushy & overbearing.

Compared with previous stores visited the general level of professionalism was far superior, with Jeromes attitude and no rush approach to understand our needs and preferences being the stand out point, this being supported with an excellent range of products to experience was a key factor in our decision to buy.
