The staff were very helpful, they also gave us coffee to drink.

The sales lady Kaye that we dealt with in the Leicester branch was sooooo helpful. Not really knowing what we wanted going into the store we came away completely satisfied with our purchase thanks to the knowledge of Kaye. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The lady assistant was friendly,polite,knowlegable and had a sense of humour.

Anil was very helpful and knew about the whole range of beds. We had plenty of time to make up our minds and all in all is was a satisfactory visit. We want to replace another bed later this year so will be back.

The sales assistant (Kaye Hall) really knew the product and was very helpful & professional. Nothing was too much trouble. She is an asset to Dreams.

Having to find a replacement mattress we found the lady who dealt with us Kaye was very helpful. She explained about different mattresses and also pillows which I needed due to neck problems. We were offered refreshments whilst browsing. On the whole we were so glad we chose this store and would definitely go again.

When we entered the building we were created by Kay who was extremy friendly and let us know where we could find different kinds of products in the store. She made us feel very welcome and really took the time to make sure we found what we were looking for and we're happy with our purchase.

I needed to understand the difference between the mattress of firm medium &soft and given the opportunity to try them out. Plus pillows were provided other than the display pillows. Advice given but left to decide for our selves without being pushed.

Kay, the store colleague that dealt with us was wonderful, from the moment we walked in she was attentive immediately on finding out what we needed had recommendations and answered all of questions with ease.. the whole process was effortless on our part, and we were given hot chocolates to boot!

The sales assistant, Kaye Hall (B280) was extremely polite and helpful during our visit. She explained clearly the insurance policy which highly satisfied me.
