Assistant was friendly, offered a beverage on arrival and was on hand to answer any questions we had without being intrusive while we browsed through the store.

We were made welcome as soon as we walked into the store . We were given s drink whilst we spoke about our requirements . The gentleman left us with our drinks while he checked which mattresses were suitable for us and then took us direct to the correct ones.

The store had a good selection of beds. This was my second visit after purchasing a bed last year. I purchased another bed this time and found the staff to be friendly and helpful again. I would certainly recommend this store and find it is value for money.

Ian helped us to find the bed we wanted - he was excellent! Really friendly and welcoming but not over-bearing - he gave us just the right of information to get going, and then left us to it. He was very knowledgeable about the products, and I totally trusted him to tell us all we needed to know. He was very efficient and processed everything quickly and without any problems, despite being relatively new to the role. A fantastic customer experience! Ian was great and deserves a bonus!
