The people were polite, friendly and, most important for me, not 'pushy'. I received all the information I needed and was allowed to make my decision without pressure.

Staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Even though one member of staff was training he was very keen that we should not be held up by his need to check with supervisor and at every step we were kept informed and given option to by pass his training and have it done by manager if we wished to speed things up. This was not a problem.

I had my bed from you some years ago and i was very pleased with it so i came back for a new mattress
