Staff were helpful without being over intrusive. They were available to give us advice and ensure we had the information we needed but allowed us time on our own to discuss our decisions before placing our order. Staff had a good knowledge of the all the different products available in the store.

Anil was very helpful. He was there to answer questions but did not bother us in the interim allowing us the time to try out the beds at our own pace. He offered us tea which was very generous. A great host.

Anil at the Leicester store was very helpful and showed me the best products in my price range. He also got me different pillows to try with the mattress which was helpful. I was limited for time and the process was very quick. Lovely cup of tea as well

We really didn't know where to start when we walked into the showroom. However with the help of the assistant we narrowed our choice right down and are looking forward to receiving our new bed.

We knew what we wanted and Kaye the assistant serving us concentrated on getting the best deal for the item. There were three assistants in the store, one presumably the manager and all were extremely polite and helpful to us. I would certainly return if I required ites for a bedroom. Very good all round

The service we received from Anil was absolutely superb. His manner and attentiveness was second to none. A credit to your company.
