Anil and the other members of staff were very friendly and helpful when welcoming us into the store, helping us with our shopping and with the order process.

Showroom very easy to find with plenty of parking space. Very pleasant and polite showroom assistant and manager. Explained everything very well. No problems on placing my order.

I visited with a friend who has learning difficulties. He was , in fact, the purchaser. The gentleman who attended to us was especially patient with my friend and dealt with him very sympathetically- not always the case in other stores, believe me. I was very impressed.

We were served by Anil at the Leicester store. He was very kind and helpful. He made us both a hot drink whilst we placed our order, he told us everything we needed to know about the bed we bought. He offered us the extra cover and assembly service and even gave us some free pillows!

Anil was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable from the first moment. He ascertained our needs and the approximate price range we were looking for. He did not rush us in any way or 'push' a higher priced product. He answered all our questions, provided drinks and was the perfect salesman. The manager was also supportive.

I simply have no particular problem or complaint about the service I received when shopping at the store I went to. Every thing was explained to me to my satisfaction. The only concern was with the amount of time I have to wait for the product to be delivered but that was partly my fault. I look forward to seeing if the product I bought is as good as I hope it will be.
