Very friendly and helpful staff

We needed a bed quickly and for a good price. My Father has moved in with my husband and I as my Mother is suffering from dementia and has been taken into a care home. My Dad is selling his home but still uses his house a little so we needed a bed to dress the house for sale and it had to be comfortable enough for a hip-replaced old geezer to sleep on. Kaye and the other members of the team could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable and supplied us with a lovely bed to fit the bill at a splendid price with no hassle, hard-sell or problems. We couldn't be more pleased! And we will always make Dreams our first port of call for beds from now on. I know I gush but it is all absolutely true. Cheers!

Very polite and helpful assistant

We had previously been to Bensons, looked around for a while. We did not ask for help nor did anyone approach to see if help was needed, so we left. At Dreams, again we had a look around and then the Manager came to assist and directed us to the products we were looking to see.

From an initial inquiry over the phone to being invited by your Store manager to visit the store we was welcomed with a smile, offered a refreshment and made to feel important. The knowledge and expertise demonstrated by not only the manager but also other staff members when asked a question was most impressive and left us feeling encouraged to make an immediate descision to purchase. There was never any high style power sales pressure and it was nice to feel comfortable knowing we had come the right Company to make our purchase. Congratulations to all concerned we are not normally easy customers to sell to. Thanks you are Highly Recommended.

We were served by Anil who was very friendly and polite. After finding out our initial needs he then allowed us time to browse and try some beds but would interject when appropriate with useful pieces of information to facilitate our decision making. He was knowledable and not in the least overbearing or intrusive. We were made to feel at ease and as if there as plenty if time to come to a decision. He was then careful and efficient when it came to sorting out the paperwork and clearly had a good raport with his showroom colleagues who were also very friendly.

the displays models were adiquate and they was a varity of mattresses on display. the staff were all willing to help.

Received excellent efficient service from a store assistant. The assistant good knowledge of the products and gave us good advise when required. The transaction in purchasing a new mattress was very easy at all stages.

I have been to this particular store times searching for the right mattress and every time we've been there we've always been greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. The staff are knowledgeable and are always willing to help. On our last visit we were served by Steve the manager also helped us resolve some issues and put on minds at ease before we made of purchase. Steve was courteous and professional throughout and very very helpful with his unbiased advice and product knowledge. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Steve and his team and I am more than happy to recommend Dreams to friends and family. 5 ☆ service.
