Anil was great and dealt with our queries promptly and professionally. I do think that there should be a cooling off period when you have placed your order and we were told that this was not the case.

Your employee Anil was so approachable and not pushy. He explained everything really well with a great knowledge of the products we were buying and helped us tremendously in coming to our decision. We will definitely go back to this store. The team manager Steve was great too. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we went in but allowed to take as much time as we needed to come to our decision. Anil looked after us really well and we cannot wait for our bed to arrive. It is great to find such good service still exists.
