Jerome was fantastic, We have purchased beds in the past and never really thought about it. So when Jerome went through how to choose a bed, it was brilliant. Also no pressure sell which I like. We got what we chose with expert help from Jerome.

Really friendly staff and willing to spend time to answer questions. Was offered drinks and made to feel very comfortable during the whole process of choosing and purchasing the bed and mattress. Also found it good value for money. Overall, very impressed with the staff, service and value.

I was looking for a new mattress for a bed to which I was going to purchase from another store, but after browsing the bedframes while the assistant Anil was checking out the mattress I wanted I noticed a bedstead that took my eye and after chatting to Anil was very impressed with the very competitive price, and Anils knowledge was excellent so having gone to the store just for a mattress I also brought a bedstead. I have to say the service I received was second to none excellent service very polite and professional with a cup of tea offered to me while my order was being processed. I left that store very happy with what I purchased and the way I was serviced, would recommend this store to anyone.

Anil who served us was highly knowledgable but more importantly a people person.

Store Manager was very appreciative that we needed time to look at various options and was not in any way pushy at the same time any queries we had gave us the benefit of his knowledge and experience.

I was met by Steve the store manager on entry into the store. i was impressed with his level of service, knowledge and also the fact that although he was readily available for us if we needed his assistance, he unlike a lot of salesman in other stores, left us alone to select what we were looking for without him hounding us. when we were ready to order he was very helpful and although the store was due to close at 8pm, we didnt leave until 8.20. i was very conscious that we were making him late but he assured me that it didnt matter and didnt rush us at all when completing our order. having steve there as the manager would certainly make me recommend the store and going back myself. excellent level of service
