Friendly fast service and a good price.

we went back to buy the mattress we had chosen on previous visit. Anil helped us before and he was there again this time. He is the most helpful man , made us coffee again and gave us all the help we needed.

Anil at the Leicester store was very helpful and could not do more for us. He is a credit to Dreams.

Jerome was very helpful, taught us a lot, explained everything!

The order was completed in a timely manner and the lady assisted well printing instructions and finding dimensions.

The lady assistant told us every thing we wanted to know about the product we were interested in purchasing. We felt completely unrushed and nothing was to much trouble.

Jerome was amazing. He knew everything about each product we asked about and knew it well. The store was great. We were offered coffees/teas when we arrived. The purchase took less than 30 minutes. Also, we arrived about 20 minutes before closing time and the last two employees stayed with us until we were through well after hours.

The customer service was lovely: we were offered drinks on arrival and left to our own devices while we browsed. As soon as we had questions someone was available to answer them and help us without pushing a sale.

I received very good service at the store and all my questions were answered. Very prompt service and very friendly service.

Found product we needed at a price we expected.
