The sales person was interested in my personal needs and requirements. He explained why the mattress would benefit me and what to expect at first eg bedding in period. He was not pushy or directing me to a particular product merely advising me on four choice of mattress and left the final choice to me. I was offered a drink and made to feel welcome. He also had patience with my disability and assisted me where he could. First rate service.

Was asked if I needed help straight away and an assistant came immediately. He was very friendly and approachable. Asked me what I wanted and showed me what was appropriate for my needs. There was no rushing or pushing into making a decision. My order was dealt with straight away and everything explained in detail. Anil was very kind, helpful and pleasant including with my son who has learning disabilities.

Vivek the sales assistant was very knowledgeable very pleasant and offered us refreshments it was a relaxing enjoyable experience. We didn’t feel pushed in to a purchase we enjoyed the whole concept of purchasing ferromagnetic beginning to end,

Steve was very patient we me as I was spoilt for choice ,a cup of hot chocolate and an hour later I am very happy with my purchase thank you Steve at Dreams Mrs pat O’Donovan 👌🛌

Jerome, was very knowledgeable, knew what he was talking about, and made it very clear on costs for our needs.

on entering the store we were welcomed by Jerome who was very knolegable on the products we were looking to buy he made us coffee once we had made our choice he took great care in making sure our order was just what we wanted and our order was very speedely dealt although it ment him staying after closing with we left the store very satisfied with the service we received and are looking forward to delivery
