Because everything I experienced was so satisfying and the environment was so friendly and I found the product is was looking for.

It was easy. The people working there were quick to help with what we needed (we didn't know much about beds at all) and spend a good amount of time helping us find what we were looking for.

Didn't feel that the salesman who looked after me was too pushy, but he explained everything to me and left me to try out beds on my own which I was very pleased about. I hate pushy sales people, he was just right, attentive but knew when to leave me to my own devices.

The support from the team was excellent. They were able to direct to the products that we required and also made us aware of offers that were ideal for us.

We were pleased to be able to walk into the showroom without being pounced upon before you have even had a chance to look at any of the beds.When we had chosen what we liked the sales person in this case Anil explained all the offers available with our purchase especially the disposal and assembly which is a great help to us.Overall we are very pleased with our shopping experience looking forward now to receiveing our bed.

Jerome was very helpful with advice and options. He and the store were very accommodating with keeping our four kids amused whilst us perused the store trying our different mattresses.

Very helpful service, good demonstration of features of the bed with Smart TV, polite and friendly, no pressure, adviser was patient as we looked at different options

Superb friendly service

I like to walk into a store and take a look around without a salesperson bothering me and hovering around. I was allowed to do this at the store.

Jerome and the manager were helpful and friendly and not pushy. We were asked several times if we wanted a drink.
