Dreams - Leicester

Both my husband and have disability. Steve (the staff member ) was really helpful, looking at our needs as well as practicality. We needed storage as we were downsizing to a small bungalow, he understood our needs and spent time trying different beds and storage, when we had decided on the bed we wanted, he did his bed to get us the best deal possible. Would I go back to this store yes I would, we are shortly moving to Lincoln and we hope that the people in that store will be as kind, friendly, professional, as Steve was here.

On entry to the store we was greeted with very helpful and friendly staff .we was assisted by Anil with are choice and needs offered drinks and we came away with more than we came In for like the pillow and I can say it's been the best night sleep I've had just can't wait for mattress sweet DREAMS

It's the first time since my husband died recently I have needed to actually go out on my own to buy something as expensive and as important as a bed...I needn't have worried... the friendly and experienced advice was wonderful, plus the cup of tea I was given. Dreams at Leicester are brilliant I'm looking forward to my new bed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone

We were warmly greeted by Anil who also offered us a drink. We told him that kind of bed we were after and he showed us the options. We liked what we saw, good quality, good range and nice choice of subtle fabric colours. Anil bought us various pillows to help us test out the bed and made us tea whilst we completed our purchase. We were happy with the delivery dates available and took out the insurance as we felt this represented good value.
