Anil was really helpful. I only went to consider buying a new matrass but was so impressed I bought the bed, headboard and pillows.

Because the staff was soo great to assist me and took his time to explain all the difference about each bed.

Jerome assisted us in a genuine and highly capable manner on our visit to the store. We went in wanting a mattress and came out with a divan mattress set, pillows, and a mattress protector, but not having been cajoled, and really amazed that buying a bed could be so painless, and even enjoyable. Jerome is a perfect employee. Polite, friendly, honest and seems to really love his job, and that rubs off on the customers.

The member of staff (Jerome Samuels) welcomed me and my wife as we walked into the store. We explained what bed we wanted and he showed us the one on display in store and went on to explain all the features of the bed. When we were sat at the desk Jerome offered us refreshments.

Very efficient service. Understanding of my needs. Were guided to the items I required. I was even offered a drink by your colleague Anil.

Very helpful polite obliging staff at the Leicester Freemans Common Store. Plenty of advice and knowledge about their products. Not taken delivery yet but if it goes as well as the purchase I will be 100% satisfied. I purchased a bed and mattress. We need more service like this.

I explained to the manager Steve what sort of bed I wanted he showed me some options which I was happy to see and try out. He was very polite and made us a cup of tea, he explained I could change the mattress after 40 days if not satisfied I was more than happy with this. He also explaned if I had any problems I could call Customer Services or himself. The choice of headboards was also interesting and the one I chose was not what I had in mind but better. So I carnt wait for my bed to arrive so I can get a good night's sleep and enjoy my dreams!!! I will recommend Dreams to my family and friends because they offer great service and a fantastic choice of beds.
