Anil, the salesman was very friendly, made us a coffee, got to understand what we were looking for, gave us options and assisted us without rushing or pressurising us. Very helpful nothing was a problem.

Anil, the assistant in store, knew his products, listened to what we wanted and was patient and encouraged us to take our time and try different mattresses out to be certain we were happy with our purchase. He was polite and courteous, offered refreshments and could not have been more helpful.

Steve, the manager was very informative, helpful and friendly. Not pushy as some other outlets that we have visited. Offered us hot drinks. Very pleased with the service.
