friendly warm staff No pushy selling

Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable, offered refreshments and help the minute we walked through the door. Was left to talk to make our decisions so we didn't feel pressured into buying and on that basis this is why we purchased everything on offer we wanted, all paperwork explained from start to finish.

The sales assistant Jerome was fantastic and spent time understanding what we wanted. We were able to get what we wanted for a good price and a speedy delivery option. Only complaint would be when we returned to order there was not enough staff there to deal with the customers.
