Kaye was very helpful as soon as I walked in to the store. She provided me with a nice coffee and helped me from start to finish. She has excellent customer service skills and you should be proud to have her working for dreams.

We where welcome warmly by the store manager, and he equally took us round and showing us all the products and explaining in details the quality of each of the brand which in turns help us in making the right decision at the end of the day and also offering us a drink at the first time of visit.

All staff members were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They ensured that we saw the full range of the bed type we wanted (kingsize ottoman) and answered all our queries. The store was well-stocked, attractive and clean with a welcoming feel. We felt that we had received excellent service enabling us to make a fully informed choice of bed with ideal storage and delivery arrangements enabling us to sort out our bedroom in time! Wide selection of products to choose from. Very helpful staff who were always there to provide help if required but also allowed freedom to browse and try the products on show.

Anil the advisor was very good at advising us which product would be suitable for us without being too pushy. Finding the right bed is hard and he gave us all the time we needed; offering us tea and coffee to keep us going whilst we made the right choice. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
