The assistant was really helpful and apologised for the wait, as no terminals were free for 45mins. I can't understand why a Company as large as dreams does not supply iPads.

The beds we wanted to try were available for us to see and test. We ended up with a better mattress than the one we originally intended buying as it was discounted. We were able to make use of interest free credit and did not feel pressurised into buying anything. The choices were entirely ours.

Just the right amount of information given and no hard sales pitch. All questions answered.

Plenty of choice staff very friendly offered and accepted a hot drink which was very welcome. Left us alone to decide what we wanted and only came and offered advice when asked. There was no pressure. It was a very nice experience.

I went into the store after seeing what I wanted on line. The item was there for me to see. There was also additional discount of the marked price. I was going to go away and order online as I got a further 9% off with TOP CASHBACK. Instead the additional 9% was given to me there and then.

The assistant Ania was pleasant friendly but not pushy. He answers all our questions to our satisfaction and we never felt rushed. We then purchased a mattress.

Jerome (the sales assistant) was most helpful in helping us to choose a mattress after informing him of our needs. he left us to make the final choice, then steered us through the rest of the transaction. A short and satisfactory buying experience.

The lady who attended to us was very expirienced. She was listening to our needs. She gave us some exras on top. She made sure we were comfortable.Me and my husband have had good exprience. The matress we bought she said we can try it if not pleased we can change it. Also this morning the delivery has just arrived. The staff were very professional and friendly. Thank you.

Friendly and efficient staff, a good selection of products, good assistance from staff. I would recommend buying from Dreams.

Very friendly helpful staff that let you look around and didn't feel pressured in to anything. Let you looked around but that they were there if you needed help
