we were allowed to browse at our leisure. made to feel welcome, beverage offered. when requested assistance we found the staff knowledgeable with no pressure to make an instant purchase. Everything kept very friendly with a balanced made between giving sound advice tinged with a wicked sense of humour on both sides. A very pleasant experience but sad to part with my money !

Vivek was welcoming, with good customer rapport on both visits to the store. He answered our questions and made recommendations which really helped us to make our purchase.

I was very impressed with the salesman who helped me with my purchase When I entered the store he welcomed me and was very helpful.He pointed to the goods which I was looking for and then offered me a coffee whilst I was looking around.He was not pushy but just very courteous and helpful The store is very lucky to have him.

I was served by a very pleasant and well-versed young man called Vivek. He was very knowledgeable, polite and had a great sales manner. I couldn't have wished for a better experience and have recommended the store to my daughter and her husband who are looking for a bed.

I have never had a new bed and I've never known what would be right and necessary for my comfort. The assistant Anil first showed me a piece of technology which showed what type of bed would be best for me, as a disabled woman I was looking for something that would ease my pain, I found the best mattress, Anil was very good at understanding what it was I was looking for and helped me pick a great mattress and bed frame, he helped me feel comfortable about all the options I had and even though I didn't think I would get it on that day, I just found exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be more excited!

Aware the need to get a good night sleep. Feel though survey premature as yet to receive bed. Very positive about our in store experience. Able to discuss with staff (Jerome) our particular needs as both have health and mobility problems.
