Good range of beds and good knowledge of staff to make the right choice to select the right bed.

From when we arrived we was asked if we were okay and would like a hot drink. We said we was okay and would ask for some assistance when required. We then eventually requested assistance and the gentlemen we spoke to asked what we wanted we told him we needed a mattress to suit my partner as he has a curve in the spine. The gentlemen got us some pillows and made us lye down on different beds. The customer service rep was very experienced and very friendly. He made us a great deal and we are looking forward to receiving our bed!

I was very satisfied with my experience at dreams. There was a good variety of beds to view and layout was easy and accessible. The employees were very willing to help very informative and helped us choose the best bed for us. They were very friendly and kind offered us nice hot chocolate while we placed out orders and made sure we had a good understanding of everything before the order was placed.
