A HELPFULL FRIENDLY SERVICE,WE EVEN GOT A CUP OF COFFE,NO WAITING AROUND,EVEN THOUGH WE DID COME BACK TWICE WITH OUR FUSSY TEENAGE GRANDAUGHTER,A VERY GOOD SALE PRICE ,WOULD COME AGAIN FOR BEDS.

Jerome was very knowledgeable and was full of spirit and energy. He gave us plenty of time to think and gave suggestions. There was no pressure from his side. The real test is when we return to return 2 tempur pillow which are unopened, I am hoping there will be no issue :)

The assistant was very helpful asking what we were looking for she showed us the available rang whilst getting the correct pillows for us to try the bed in the correct position which greatly helped as I have a back problem. The showroom was busy so we had a short wait the lady asked if we would like a warm drink while we waited it was very kind of her. She explained and went throught the delivery process. We are having the old mattress taken away she gave us a green bag to put the old mattress in but then explained if we couldn't manage to do this the delivery men would which is a very great help. We will definitely us Dreams again can not fault the service from start to finish thank you Kaye

The store was welcoming, as were the staff. We were very happy with the choice and availability and were able to find just what we wanted.

The sales person Anil was helpful and not pushy. If staff are too pushy I never buy anything but his balance was right. He also got me all the different costs for every question I asked.

The Store Manager, Steve, was a vey professional and friendly guy. Thanks Dreams !!

Great customer service from Steve he was very polite and understanding. I am very happy on how quickly he offered the delivery time.

We were served by Ian who had fantastic knowledge of the Product and Ranges, which made our choice easier.

Staff Anil was very helpful

Anil approached us as soon as we entered the store & helped us with questions that we had. He did not try to sell us the most expensive bed but took into account our budget. He also helped with pillows. He was very friendly. The store was well laid out and we were able to try out all of the beds.
