Assistant helped us throughout. His knowledge of the product was good. He did not force us at all to buy. He stayed behind to complete our order when we returned to the store after closing time.

The Assistant was very knowledgeable and since we have not purchased a new bed and mattress for many years he made the visit enjoyable and without any stress.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store. Then we were left to browse until we needed assistance. The knowledge of Jerome our assistant was commendable, he was very attentative yet at the same time gave us plenty of time to browse and get to know the products. Thank you for a great experiance from dreams at Leicester. We look forward to enjoying our new bed experiance.

We visited two stores, Loughborough and Leicester Freemans Common. At both stores the staff were friendly, very informative and not too intrusive. They were available when we needed advice or assistance, but gave us time and space to make our own minds up.
