Customer service, friendliness of staff and products available to order were great

I was really impressed by the person dealing with me. He was very polite and extremely knowledgable about the manufacture of the mattresses. There was no pressure at all and he was prepared for me to take quite a long time before deciding on which mattress I hope will be best for me. I would certainly recommend your store to anyone. So looking forward to it being delivered!

I was greeted by all members of staff , I was given space to browse but also informed if I had any questions I could ask any member of staff. I was offered tea/coffee and told to try out all the mattresses and pointed in the direction of firmer mattresses. I was shown different colour bases for divan's and different style headboards . Anil answered all my questions confidently and made me feel like he knew all about the beds . I kept him late as he was dealing with my queries and trying to find solutions to my bed problem and the fact delivery was some time away .

WE WENT TO DREAMS AS WE BOUGHT BEDS FROM THEM BEFORE AND WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT.STEVE THE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND WE CAME OUT FULLY SATISFIED.

The staff member who assisted me (Anil) was very nice, and not pushy at all, but was always ready to help. And my daughter loved teh hot chocolate! :) Plenty of choice and variety

The Store Manager Steve was absolutely fantastic. Lots of knowledge, patience, flexible, and excellent customer service. Steve was exceptional!

I have been going to the store for around 6 weeks to make sure I pick the perfect bed for my long time illness, each time I went in I was treated with great care and was assisted always. Never did I was made to feel I was wasting the staffs time. I was served by Mr Anil on majority of my visits. 10/10

The store was well set out,and all clearly signed,clean,and well light and ventilated.The staff were cleanly dressed in store uniforms,so visually easily picked out,from every one else,they were attentive, and asked our requirements in the bed we were looking for,after trying half a dozen we found the one best suited to my wifes and my needs.we now look forward to receiving,and sleeping on it.
