Very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff who do not push you into a quick purchase, they allow you time and space to shop at your leisure. Very well presented showroom and a good range of products to test. Excellent experience.

The sales manager Steve was extremely helpful, knowledgable and spent exactly the right of time with us leaving us to browse freely whilst answering any queries we had.

An assstant was available to help and advice but also wandered away when we were trying out beds, as I felt embarrassed, but kept coming back t hep.

Anil was very polite and knowledgeable helping with all our needs.

I was served by Jerome, who was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what each of the colour coded sections meant. He also made me a drink (a mocha too not just a normal coffee), as well as providing me with a pillow so bed testing was as realistic as possible (including checking the pillow was like my own at home). He also took the time to show me several beds within the same 'burgundy section' ensuring I made the right decision. to make the experience (which I anticipated to be horrendous) great, Jerome found the mattress I wanted in the clearance section savings me more money. He also arranged for delivery and then was able to change the date and bring it forward. working in sales myself, Jerome is a great ambassador to Dreams and a real credit to the team! many many thanks for a great shopping experience!!!

We were served by Kalpesh Patel - from start to finish best customer service received. We liked the fact he didn't sell us the bed but he adviced us on the products and let us make the decision - we didn't feel pressured at all. Overall satisfied with our purchase and topped it off with great customer service by Kalpesh and also by the Store Manager.

Time to get the bed and mattress delivered was around 1 month. I understand that large items have to be ordered on to ship out and this takes longer than buying other items but I think this is much too long! I would really have liked my new bed sooner especially as what I currently have is extremely uncomfortable

We were thoroughly satisfied with our visit to Dreams freeman’s common Leicester, every one of the assistants were extremely helpful to us. We only when for a look really, but the deal they had on the bed we wanted was to good to miss. Can wait to have a fab night sleep on our new bed.
