Very good range and selection of beds and a wider choice than we had anticipated. We were made welcome and then left to browse which we did appreciate. When we needed advice it was available and helpful. We had only intended to browse today and then go home and think it over, but the avalable choices were so good after an hour or so of testing we had made our decision and were ready to go ahead. In all this time there was no pressure put on us from the staff.

I arrived with very little knowledge of the variety of products available and needed assistance in making the decision of what would be best for me. The store manager spent a considerable time assisting me (I am very hard of hearing and he was very patient with that disability). The range of products on offer gave me every opportunity to make an informed choice

I was served by Anil who was polite and spent time for me to choose the right mattress. He was very knowledgeable and processed my sale efficiently with no issues.

The Store was very well set out. The Dream assistant (Kaye) was extremely helpful and items were easy to view and the specs were conveyed by the assistant very clearly.
